If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivered items return your item(s).

Your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused and with all original components

  • In its original packaging (with tags if applicable)

  • In a resealable condition

  • With it's proof of purchase(e.g, email confirmation)

  • With any free items that came with the product


Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. Depending on the payment method, if by card (it can take up to 5 working days) it can take up to 30 days to appear back in your account.

Product Support

In most cases, issues with an item can be resolved from the comfort of your home. If your product is faulty, please do contact us to see if we can solve your issue. You can access information such as; set-up guides( can be through description or video) on products page.

If you changed your mind about an order that you placed, you are required to notify us within 24hrs of the purchase.

Refund due to items not received 

If you do not receive your package within 7-15 business days as listed in the delivery policy, please do contact us at info@thedeskdecor and we will try our best to solve the issue.We understand stand that we all make mistakes, we will try our best to retrace the parcel if the incorrect address was provided by the customer. If the customer wishes to have the parcel re-shipped due to error made in the shipping address, the shipping cost will be covered by us.  

My Item Is Faulty

We value our customers satisfaction so we advice that you should contact us before considering returning your item(s) as we may be able to provide alternative solutions.

If you still need to return a faulty item within the first 30 days, we will offer you the options of a replacement, refund, or store credit for your next order. A return label will be issued to you free of charge.

Returns processing

You will be notified when we've seen and reviewed your return and if the request was approved.

We advise that you allow 5-10 working days in order for us to investigate defect/damaged item(s) or those of which are not in working order.

You are required to provide  good quality pictures and/or videos showing any damages/defects of the item as this may help to speed up the investigation process. 


All of our products include a 2+ years manufacturers warranty (varies on selected items) when your purchase is made. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any potential accidental damage.
